Terms and Conditions for Flow State Systems

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Flow State Systems website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

We provide AI automation, CRM setup, workflow design, lead generation systems, messaging automation, consulting, and related digital business services.

2. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter binding agreements.

3. Proposals and Scope

Specific deliverables, timelines, fees, and scope may be outlined separately in proposals, invoices, statements of work, or written agreements.

4. Payments

Payments are due as stated on invoices or agreements. Deposits reserve project time and are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Refunds

Because services are customized and time-based, refunds are not guaranteed once work begins.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely approvals, access credentials, content, and accurate information required to complete services.

7. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, rankings, conversions, or business outcomes.

8. Messaging Compliance

If messaging systems are implemented, you are responsible for lawful consent, opt-ins, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, carrier, and privacy compliance.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, we retain ownership of our proprietary methods, templates, prompts, code libraries, and systems. Upon full payment, clients receive rights to final custom deliverables created specifically for them.

10. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect confidential information shared during the relationship.

11. Third-Party Platforms

We are not liable for outages or policy changes involving third-party tools such as GoHighLevel, Twilio, Meta, Google, OpenAI, Zapier, Stripe, Calendly, or similar vendors.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior three months.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate recurring services with reasonable written notice unless otherwise agreed.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting revised versions online.
